One of the selling points of Xatkit is how fast and easy is to get your own custom eCommerce chatbot. By “your own” we mean a bot that understands your shop data and product catalog and can we use it to provide custom answers to your clients. E.g. if a client asks for product suggestions, you want your bot to print a list of your recommended products, not just a boring generic text.
But having a custom eCommerce bot used to imply a strong time (and money!) investment to manually define the bot. Not anymore!. With Xatkit, you get a pretrained bot that will automatically configure itself by learning all the information in your shop. Right now, this feature is only available for WooCommerce but it will be soon available for other eCommerce platforms.
I know this is hard to believe. That’s why we have now created a chatbot installation video (also embedded below) that guides you step by step in the installation process. All in less than 5 minutes. It can be a staging site, a dev site, whatever as it is online (so that our engine can communicate with your site). And in case you’re curious about how we created the video: I created it with PowerDirector 365 plus Talkia (as a non-native English speaker, I didn’t think my accent was good enough to do the voice-over myself). And it was a lot of work (5 hours of work for a barely 4min video!). Aligning the audio generated by Talkia with the video was the most time-consuming part of the video. I guess I’ll be more efficient in the future as this was the first video I created for Xatkit myself. Let me know what other videos you’d like to see!.
